Job Description
As an Assembly Team Technician, your responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing equipment while ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational protocols. This role requires a blend of mechanical, electrical, and automation expertise to support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain seamless production processes.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated and semi-automated equipment, including sensors, controllers, encoders, and servomotors.
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and documentation.
- Support warehouse inventory processes, including ordering components and pulling tooling for changeovers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical school background preferred.
- Up to 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably with automated or semi-automated equipment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems and motor controls.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and push/pull up to 80 lbs.

The base salary range for this position is $29.00 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
