Job Description
Leverage knowledge of cash management, billing, collections, reconciliation, commissions, and account payables functions while interacting with agents, brokers, vendors, and others.
Responsibilities:
- Perform account reconciliation and maintain accounts
- Monitor all customer and agency inquiries
- Responsible for handling initial letters and calls
- Verify daily lockbox payment applications
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3 or more years of financial or accounts receivable experience
- Must have customer service experience
- Accounting experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- Must be able to work within a team environment

The base salary range for this position is $21, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
