Job Description
Leverage knowledge of cash management, billing, collections, reconciliation, commissions, and account payables functions while interacting with agents, brokers, vendors, and others.
Responsibilities:
- Perform account reconciliation and maintain accounts
- Monitor all customer and agency inquiries
- Responsible for handling initial letters and calls
- Verify daily lockbox payment applications
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3 or more years of financial or accounts receivable experience
- Must have customer service experience
- Accounting experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- Must be able to work within a team environment

The base salary range for this position is $21, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
