An insurance focused organization in Omaha is seeking an Accountant to join the team. As the Accountant, you will be the financial statement expert for preparing and analyzing the key information related to the organization and subsidiaries. WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?
- Temp- to – Hire
- Hybrid workspace after 90 days for work-life and collaboration
- Monday- Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm
- $60000 – $65000 / hour with some flexibility based on skills and experience
DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- 2 years of Financial Statement experience
- Knowledge of statutory accounting principles
- Attention to detail
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Compile and reconcile financial information to prepare financial statements
- Handle general ledger reconciliations
- Assist in internal and external audit procedures
- Other duties as assigned
