Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at a leading transportation company. This role will be responsible for managing accounts payable, performing reconciliations, and supporting general accounting functions. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting while maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Bill customers accurately and timely
- Audit daily and weekly activities
- Review, reconcile, and analyze data
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or extensive relevant experience
- Knowledge of accounting software and proficient with MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 – $60,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
