Hours: 8:00 – 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri
Join an established county organization where you would be managing and monitoring grant budgets as well as assist in seeking reimbursement of expenditures from the granting agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Process budget transfers and transactions.
- Prepare reimbursement requests and reconcile accounts.
- Create journal entries and maintain documentation.
- Monitor project budgets and progress.
- Maintain spreadsheets and logs.
- Collaborate with divisions and assist with audits.
- Support procurement and special projects.
List Qualification or Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with Pivot Tables and V-Lookup functions
- Experience with a large complex accounting system; preferably PeopleSoft
- Familiarity with grant and fund accounting is highly desirable
