Job Description: Assist accounting department with the data entry of 1095 information for approximately 1,000 employees in preparation for year-end reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and verify 1095 information for approximately 1,000.
- Verify and cross-check employee details to ensure accuracy and compliance with IRS requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information securely.
- Identify and report discrepancies or errors in the data and work with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Assist the accounting team with additional clerical and administrative duties as needed.
- Meet deadlines for data entry and reporting to ensure timely submission to the IRS.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Data entry experience within an accounting department (experience with 1095 forms or ACA reporting is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

The base salary range for this position is $20.00 – $22.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
