Job Description:
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for assisting with all Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Invoicing functions. This position will work closely with the Accounting Specialist and the Controller to maintain day-to-day Accounting functions as well as month-end closing functions
Responsibilities:
- Enter all incoming AP invoices into system for payment processing
- Present list of weekly checks/ACH/Wire Transfers to Accounting Specialist and/or Controller for processing.
- Distribute credit card statements to employees with credit cards and ensure receipts are returned in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned by Accounting Specialist, Controller or President.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree (in Accounting or Finance) preferred
- 1-2 years Accounting Experience Required.
- 3-5 years Accounting Experience preferred.
- Trustworthy with high ability to maintain confidential information
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
