Job Description
The Accounting Manager is responsible for maintaining financial records and reports and performing account reconciliations. Additionally, the accounting manager will assist the controller with budgeting, closing processes, conducting internal audits as needed, and responding to information requests by management.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries, analyses and account reconciliations
- Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts
- Reconcile and monitor bank balance daily for proper cash management, ensuring sufficient funds in operating account
- Maintain and review monthly reconciliation to support accuracy of financial statements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Four (4) years of accounting experience in a healthcare setting
- Three (3) years of experience in a leadership role Qualifications Needed
- MUST have knowledge in healthcare.
