Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for all financial accounting and reporting for a well known and established organization in Lincoln. You will report directly to the owner and make suggestions on continuous improvement of the accounting process as well as how to maximize financial results of the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Create all financial reports on time and with 100% accuracy
- Lead all period close activities
- Execute on all special projects as assigned and requested
- Lead a team of 2 accountants
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required
- Active CPA license & previous or current public accounting experience is strongly preferred
- Must have experience leading a team

The annual base salary for this position is $80000 – $100000 per year (excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
