Job Description:
In this role you will lead all accounting and finance duties and be directly mentored by the CFO, who will be retiring in the next year or so. This is an amazing opportunity to come in as the Accounting Manager and earn a promotion to CFO in the year or two, potentially.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all period financial statements
- Oversee all accounting entries and reconciliations
- Lead the annual audit preparation process
- Cash flow, budgeting forecasting and other key finance duties as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Prefer some exposure to auditing or audit preparation
- Must be strong in GAAP

The annual base salary for this position is $60000 – $80000 per year (excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
