Job Description
In this position, it is a “hands-on” role including acting as a key contributor to the accounts payable processes and ensuring all journal entries are completed. You will also have an active role in the documentation and implementation of “best practice” solutions. Innovative ideas are welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to expert for resolving complex A/P issues, ensuring payments comply with vendor terms and company policies.
- Process and oversee A/P aging reports, proactively addressing outstanding payables and ensuring seamless reconciliation processes.
- Process journal entries timely and accurately
- Other duties as assigned and necessary
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associates degree in Accounting
- MS Excel skills- pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.
- Strong knowledge to code invoices with accuracy
- 3+ years experience in accounts payable

The base salary range for this position is $50,000–$55,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
