Job Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for all accounts payable activities including preparation, review, and maintenance of records. We are looking for a team member who is excited about working with a company that values craftsmanship, quality, and continuous growth.
Responsibilities:
- Processing Invoices: Review invoices for proper documentation and approval, enter them into accounting software, and process them daily
- Pull invoices and prepare payments per company procedures
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Maintain invoice copies, purchase orders, and approvals
- Assist in pulling information for financial audits as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret documents, calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Navision, customer portals, and Saga/Paya credit card processor.
- 1 year experience in Accounts Payable or two-year college or technical school in accounting

The base pay range for this position is $21- $23, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
