Job Description
In this position, you will efficiently manage invoice processing, payment disbursements, and expense reporting operations. Success also depends on effectively hiring, training, and mentoring the Accounts Payable team, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Maintaining a professional demeanor, handling escalations with empathy, and promoting a positive, solutions-oriented culture will drive departmental success and align with the company's values of accountability, service, and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day Accounts Payable processes
- Process escalations accurately and timely
- Handle expense reporting process and systems
- Process journal entries timely and accurately
- Other duties as assigned and necessary
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5 years Accounts Payable experience
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Experience with expense reporting process and systems
- Positive, confident, and proficient communication skills

The base salary range for this position is $75,000–$80,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
