Job Description
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our client company by overseeing customer accounts and ensuring accurate and timely receipt of payments. Responsibilities:
- Managing customer invoicing, payment tracking, and collections efforts to ensure timely receipt of funds.
- Generate, issue, and track customer invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely receipt of payments, following up on overdue balances.
- Proactively address and resolve billing discrepancies or customer inquiries.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing AR reports and analysis to support management decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting
- Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Accounts Receivable experience
- Microsoft Excel experience required.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $41,600 – $52,000, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
