Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Accountant is responsible for performing accounts receivable functions including billing, invoice processing, and collections across multiple sites. This role involves ensuring accuracy in sales order entries, revenue recognition in compliance with US GAAP, and working with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will prepare AR aging reports, sales reports, and collaborate with customers and the sales team to ensure timely payment collection. The position also requires preparation of monthly AR reports, evaluation of bad debt allowances, and coordination with auditors.
Responsibilities:
• Process and verify sales orders, invoices, and shipping documents for accuracy and compliance with US GAAP
• Prepare and send customer invoices and statements, follow up on past-due accounts, and post daily customer payments
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales, gross margin, AR aging, and collection reports for management
• Work with the sales team to resolve any past due invoices and assist with collections
• Perform monthly revenue closing, bad debt allowance evaluations, and prepare monthly AR reports for bank requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with a strong background in accounts receivable
• Intermediate Excel skills required, SAP user experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking

The base pay range for this position is $22.50–$25.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
