Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Specialist ensures efficient cash flow management by accurately processing invoices, payments, and account adjustments. Responsibilities include reconciling customer accounts, investigating discrepancies, and following up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication with clients and internal teams, and the ability to resolve issues promptly while maintaining positive relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Verify accuracy of accounts receivables coding
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking
- Prepare and send customer invoices and statements
- Resolve payment discrepancies
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1+ years of Accounts Receivable experience and/or Bachelors or Associate’s degree in Accounting
- High ability to navigate and work within Excel
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills

The base salary range for this position is $19-$21 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
