Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated professional to teach Air Conditioning Technology courses. This role involves providing high-quality instruction aligned with industry standards, developing and implementing effective lesson plans, and ensuring student success through mentorship and guidance. The position also requires maintaining a safe and organized learning environment and preparing detailed reports to uphold program accountability.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive instruction in air conditioning systems, maintenance, and repair techniques.
- Evaluate student progress and ensure adherence to program standards.
- Maintain a safe learning environment, ensuring proper use of tools and equipment.
- Support program compliance with accreditation standards and educational policies.
- Collaborate with staff and educators to enhance program delivery and student outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Expertise in air conditioning systems with relevant certifications or licensure.
- Minimum of five (5) years of industry experience, showcasing hands-on expertise and practical knowledge.
- An associate degree in a related field and prior teaching experience are preferred.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and strong computer proficiency.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
