Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused individual to manage front office operations, provide administrative support, assist with marketing efforts, and set appointments for our agents. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients, agents, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
• Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and training sessions for agents

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.

The base salary range for this position is $16.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
