- Perform advanced level administrative and program responsibilities to support the Executive Director.
- Obtain competitive bids for administrative and program materials
- Process and code purchase Orders, accounts payable and receivable, Journal entries, and all other financial transactions.
- Enter contributions in the smart Start program match reporting system.
- Enter all resources into the Resources Lending Library Inventory Management System.
- High School Diploma, or Equivalent
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks requiring follow up and timely completion of all projects and responsibilities.
