Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant HR you will be responsible for assisting all aspects of the Human Resources department in a local hospital. You will be working directly with the Human Resources team to support the entire staff of the hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of Human Resources and Administrative tasks
- Build relationships with internal staff
- Enter data into internal systems with various programs
- Type correspondence and create spreadsheets
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3-5 years in an office environment
- Human Resource experience
- MS Office Suite experience with confidence in MS Excel
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
- Must have required vaccinations for healthcare environment
