Job Description
As a AP/AR Clerk perform account duties to include payables and receivables with other general office duties.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the HR department.
- Administrative work including maintaining files and sorting mail for office
- Assist weekly and monthly inventory
- Process purchase orders, invoices and file vendor invoices daily.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associate degree in Accounting filed (preferred but not required)
- 2 or more years experience in AP/AR/Inventory processing
- Experience in QuickBooks and MS Word and Excel
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
