Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Clerk II to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process and review invoices for accuracy, proper approval, and compliance with company policies
- Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors, maintaining an organized payment schedule
- Ensure the filing and archiving of financial documents in line with requirements, to be able to trace back information quickly and to comply with legal and local requirements
- Support team members and take on additional projects when needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associate degree in Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience, preferably within Accounts Payable
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel; MS Dynamics is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and strong attention to detail
- Oracle experience is required

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
