1st shift opportunity (7:00am – 3:30pm) Monday – Friday
- Assembly of products from drawings, sketches, tables, charts, schedules, blueprints, and written and oral instructions.
- Ability to ready and interpret part drawings, understand dimensions and tolerances
- Assembling parts per pictorial drawing, dimensions and tolerances
- Use of measuring equipment to verify dimensions (calipers, rulers, test fixtures, etc)
- Account for quantities and enter accurate data into a labor reporting system
- Ability to read production routings and determine next operations as applicable
- Ability to document requested data on forms or in computer applications (excel, access, Macola ERP, WiSys, etc)
- Use small hand tools (scissors, small knives, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc)
- Ability to form parts using hot water bath
- Packing assemblies, moving materials as needed
- Provide training to other associates as required
- Support company policies, practices and procedures
- Other processes as assigned or required
- Education level to handle reading and writing effectively
- Ability to work with hands to assemble products
- Some mechanical ability, understanding how mechanical systems function
- Ability to operate safely
