Job Description
This role involves assembling a single firearm component with precision and attention to detail. You will use small tools and parts, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the process. The position requires reading and identifying part numbers to ensure proper assembly and standing for extended periods, making physical stamina important.
Responsibilities:
- Build and inspect the frame and inspect parts for defects.
- Clean and inspect pistol after test fire.
- Meet and exceed all safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Must pay close attention to part numbers, configurations, defects, processes and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-2 years small Parts Assembly Experience
- Firearm interest or experience
- Non-slip shoes are required.
