Job Description
As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling precision gear units for speed reducers, small transmissions, and related drive components using tools like drills and screwdrivers. Additionally, you’ll contribute to quality control by inspecting parts and ensuring they meet the required specifications. Whether you’re an experience assembler or looking to build your skills in a new field, this role provide comprehensive training and growth opportunities to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble gear units for speed reducers, small transmissions, and related drive components
- Inspect parts for quality assurance
- Utilize small hand tools effectively
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proficient in using hand tools
- Physically capable of performing tasks that involve frequent standing, bending, twisting, turning, and lifting up to 20 lbs
- Demonstrate responsibility for the quality of the produced parts
- Must pass pre-employment screening

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
