1st shift Monday – Friday 6:45am – 3:15pm $20.00
3rd shift Sunday – Friday 10:45pm – 7:15am $21.50

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assembly Team Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. In this temp to perm role, you will be responsible for the operation of equipment, product segregation, quality inspection, and manual product assembly. You will play a key role in ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of computers.
- Adequate fine motor hand coordination.
- Sound judgment for product disposition decisions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Less than 1 year of experience; manufacturing background preferred.
- Ability to pass preemployment screenings
Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment and conduct product inspections as required.
- Segregate and dispose of products based on inspection results.
- Execute manual assembly and rework tasks as needed.
- Identify and prevent nonconformances in products and processes, documenting as necessary.
- Scan products into the MRP system and perform testing; create traceability labels.
- Recommend solutions for quality or safety concerns through appropriate channels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, FDA regulations, GMP, and ISO requirements.
