- 3 months; potential for extension
- Local candidates ONLY. (Must be within 50 miles of Wayne, PA office)
- 3 days/week onsite is required for the first 3 months of employment
- If extended beyond 3 months, 2 days/week is required
- Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card

Job Description
Perform daily administrative tasks in support of all the Lessee and Inventory Asset Sales Specialists including acting as a backup when necessary. Also includes the assignment of any projects within Asset Management Group when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Distribution of requests to appropriate remarketers accurately and timely.
- Responsible for management of team multiple e-mail boxes, timely distribution of all requests.
- Reconcile unapplied cash to ensure accurate posting and accounting.
- Process checks and applications accurately and timely (including terminations, large family, continue to bill, consignments) and research and submit refund requests. Reconciliation of accounts when necessary for accurate invoicing and delinquency
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1-3 years asset management experience within an equipment leasing environment
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Microsoft Office experience to include Word & Excel Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Effective communication skills; experience communicating with dealers
- Administrative/customer service background
