Job Description
The Assistant Controller with support the Controller by managing various tasks such as financial statements and journal entries, while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements
- Oversee account reconciliations for accuracy and identify and help resolve discrepancies
- Monitor internal controls and assist to implement new processes, where necessary
- Collaborate with management to develop a team while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- 5+ years corporate accounting experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate others

The base salary range for this position is $110,000–$120,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
