Job Description
As an Assistant Tool Repair Technician, you will aide in evaluation and repairing hand and electrical tools. This company is willing to invest in training if you’re already familiar with tools, mechanically inclined, and have some prior experience. This is an excellent opportunity to expand on your existing skills!
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in the shop
- Providing estimated timeline for repairs for customers
- Work on tool repairs
- Work on small electric motors, switches and wiring
- Routing maintenance, inspections, customization and troubleshooting
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with taking things apart and fixing them, such as tool repair and electronics
- Basic knowledge of mechanical tools
- Experience fixing electronical components is preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
