Job Description
You will be responsible for operation of automated die cast cells to produce castings from various alloys. This is a hand-on, fast paced floor position.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects to start-up and run automated die casting cells: (Yaskawa robots, vision system inspection, ladlers, furnaces, and clean and maintain dies)
- Monitor cells for part quality and troubleshooting casting defects
- Responsible for furnace filling and operation
- Material handling and trim press operation for auto cells
- Setup help with change overs
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience is required
- Die casting or foundry experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand, lift and work in varying temperatures
- Attention to quality and following work instructions
- A positive attitude and regular and punctual attendance is required

The base salary range for this position is $22, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
