Crate/Band Saw Machine Operator – 1st Shift | $17.00 per hour + DOE | 6:00 am – 2:00 pm | Monday – Friday
What Matters Most:
- 3rd shift Sunday – Thursday
- Must be able to train on 1st or 2nd shift possibly
- Located in South Charlotte off Westinghouse Blvd
- Weekly pay
- The crate/saw – Machine Operator will assist with the resin impregnation of the dry fiberglass liner and the completion of the impregnated (resin) liner process.
- Attention to detail and monitoring the high quality of liner production is essential.
Job Description
- Preparation of crates and foils in accordance with production instructions.
- Maintaining order and cleanliness of the work area, technical equipment, machines, and systems for safety and quality reasons.
- Machine setup according to specified production instructions, using a given set of fiberglass and other raw materials.
- The crate/saw operator must also have the capacity and availability to provide support to the operation of the impregnation machine during the working hours
- The packing of the liners and the crate is also part of the essential duties
- Must help closing and preparing the crates with the finished product for warehouse
- Always keep the sluice foils rack full of certain sizes and the necessary end caps
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma/ GED
- At least 1 year of experience
- Good attendance is required

The base pay range for this position is $17.00- $17.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
