Bankruptcy Clerk
Pay Rate: $40,000 Annually/$19.23 an Hour
Location: Houston, TX 77081
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
A national law firm specializing in government debt collection is seeking a Bankruptcy Clerk to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Research new bankruptcy business case filings.
- Review several docket reports and verify if any businesses have accounts within the clients that the firm collects for.
- Build bankruptcy cases and produce documents needed to be filed within that case.
- Prepare Claims and notices of appearance.
List Qualification or Requirements:
- Excellent organization and research skills.
- Computer efficient with proficient typing and quick key skills.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Bankruptcy knowledge.
