Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Batch Maker. Individual will be responsible for using equipment to mix or blend raw materials/chemicals according to specifications, weighing or measuring ingredients so that they exactly match the requirements of the formulation.
Responsibilities:
- Raw Material Handling: Transporting, staging, counting and documenting raw materials.
- Batch Production: Measuring, adding, mixing and blending raw materials into finished batches
- Filling: Transporting, Weighing, labeling and packaging products into customer containers for shipment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of work experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
- 2yrs Experience with batch processing in a chemical manufacturing environment.
- Powered industrial/forklift experience is a plus but not required.

The base salary range for this position is $20-$21 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
