Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Salary: $19 an hour Location: Tampa, FL 33607
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am -5pm
What you will be doing:
ï‚· Coordinate office services and assist staff with administrative tasks.
ï‚· Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
ï‚·ï€ Respond to inquiries and provide customer service to residents, clients, and the public.
ï‚·ï€ Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare agendas/minutes.
ï‚·ï€ Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
ï‚·ï€ Manage and track records related to housing programs and services.
ï‚·ï€ Collaborate with other departments to meet deadlines and ensure operational efficiency.
ï‚·ï€ Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
ï‚·ï€ Perform other duties as assigned.
What is required:
ï‚· Strong communication and organizational skills.
ï‚· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
ï‚· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
ï‚· Customer service-focused with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
ï‚· Bilingual in Haitian Creole and Spanish is required.
ï‚· High school diploma or equivalent required.
ï‚· Clerical or administrative experience, preferably in housing, real estate, or government-related roles.
