Job Description
In this position, you will be expected to possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written to present ideas and information in a clear, concise, professional, and courteous manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general and detailed information about water services, billing, and account inquiries for both English and Spanish speaking customers.
- Processes requests for service installations, changes, disconnections, and generates related work orders or final bills.
- Resolve customer complains and recommends solutions for complex issues.
- Calculates billing adjustments and rebates, updating routing maps, and service quotes
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must possess High School Diploma or GED
- Working experience/ knowledge of database systems and the Microsoft suite (required)
- Demonstrates patience and understanding to ensure superior customer service
- Fluent in both English and Spanish languages
- Able to pass pre-employment screening

The base salary range for this position is $36,462, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
