- Answer phone lines (inbound and outbound) and direct messages to appropriate personnel.
- Handle patient messages; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Scan and file documents into the company’s database.
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- One (1) year of experience as a Medical Receptionist in a physician's office and clinic is required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Excellent customer service, communication (written and verbal), time management, and organizational skills are a strong plus.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with no weekends to offer a good work/life balance.
