Job Description
One of the premier Cardiology clinics is seeking a Bilingual Medical Scheduler schedule appointments, and answer phone lines. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!
Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information
- Communicate with patients regarding appointment reminders and follow-ups
- Assist with patient inquiries, ensuring a positive experience
- Coordinate with physicians and medical staff to optimize scheduling
- Maintain and update patient records in the scheduling system
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
- Previous experience in medical scheduling or front desk healthcare administration preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
