Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role focuses on team leadership, process improvements, and operational efficiency while ensuring a safety-first culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire teams by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Take proactive ownership of operational challenges, resolving escalated issues to maintain seamless manufacturing workflows and support employee success.
- Optimize workforce structure and resource allocation to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive operational excellence.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols while effectively communicating expectations to all team members.
- Leverage data-driven insights and performance metrics to assess operational effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 3-5 years of manufacturing or operations management experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience in warehousing, scheduling, or manufacturing operations is highly desirable.
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to train, coach, and mentor.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive operational improvements, and foster collaboration.
- Experience in injection molding is a plus but not required.
