Job Description:
We are seeking a Bilingual Paralegal to join our Litigation department, specializing in filing and preparing necessary documents for ad valorem tax suits. The role is ideal for a highly organized and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Paralegal will manage dockets for multiple district courts, handling approximately 1,000 cases. Key responsibilities include preparing and filing legal documents, attending virtual and in-person docket proceedings, and collaborating with clients, courts, and team members to ensure smooth case management.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file legal documents for ad valorem tax suits
- Manage dockets for multiple district courts
- Attend virtual and in-person docket proceedings with attorneys as needed
- Collaborate closely with clients, courts, and team members to ensure smooth case management
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in handling a substantial caseload
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize job responsibilities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency required
- Professional demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills

The base pay range for this position is $37,440–$37,440, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
