- On-site position located in the Marietta, GA area
- Shift: 4:10pm-1:30am Monday-Friday

Your new role as a bilingual production supervisor:
- Pack products that exceed customer and industry quality expectations, while improving sales yields on all product lines
- Prevent food safety and foreign material incidents
- Responsible for directing, controlling, and coordinating all aspects of plant production in order to maximize the profitability for the company
- Work with team members to develop good working relationships and high moral through a quality training and communication program
- Develop and maintain compensation for the Debone department based on production
- Responsible for all debone training and techniques used
- Ensure Debone is working with good cutlery and that it is maintained and sharpened as needed
- Meet the highest standards of safety compliance, including ergonomic review and improvements to ensure ergonomically safe working environment.
What you need as a bilingual production supervisor:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of deboning experience
- Experience as a supervisor or lead
- Must be able to speak Spanish
