Job Description: Join a dynamic and experienced team dedicated to excellence in facilities, maintenance, and construction management! Our client seeks a skilled Superintendent to lead and develop a high-performing crew, manage critical projects, and build strong vendor relationships to support ongoing growth. Your expertise in construction and property management will make a meaningful impact in this leadership role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction, facilities, and property maintenance laborers, providing regular updates to the Director of Operations on project timelines, costs, and vendor coordination.
- Track and manage invoices for all active projects, ensuring accurate coding to purchase orders and reviewing all project payables.
- Lead weekly team and interdepartmental meetings to coordinate projects with real estate, operations, IT, safety, and finance teams.
- Schedule and track labor for construction projects, conduct site surveys, maintain landlord communication, and provide field condition feedback.
- Support tenant transitions and lease renewals, managing vendor and internal labor activity while conducting due diligence.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships and support skill development and training for labor teams.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 10-15 years of direct management of skilled construction trade labor crews.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, spreadsheets, invoicing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Hands-on experience in multi-trade construction, survey, and layout.
- Experience with multi-jurisdictional inspection requirements (city/county).

The base salary range for this position is $80,000–$90,000 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
