Job Description
Be a part of our rapid growth and contribute to a significant digital transformation! We're seeking a skilled BPM Systems Analyst with expertise in SS&C Blue Prism Chorus to help us revolutionize our business processes. In this role, you'll be instrumental in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining automated solutions using the Chorus platform, working closely with various departments to identify and implement process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements to understand process inefficiencies and identify automation opportunities.
Document detailed process flows, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
Design and develop automated business processes using SS&C Blue Prism Chorus.
Create and maintain process models, forms, rules, and integrations within the Chorus platform.
Implement and configure Chorus workflows and related components.
Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing Chorus solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SS&C Blue Prism Chorus features and best practices.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a BPM Systems Analyst, with a focus on SS&C Blue Prism Chorus.
Proven experience in designing and implementing automated business processes using the Chorus platform.
Strong understanding of BPM principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in process modeling, workflow design, and data integration.
Experience with database concepts and SQL.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with other RPA tools is a plus.
Experience with Cloud implementations is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
SS&C Blue Prism Chorus certification is a plus

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $120,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
