Brake Roll Operator
Pay Rate: $19.84 hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications.
Location: Mayville, WI
Hours: 2nd shift, Monday – Thursday, 2:30 pm to 1 am
As a Brake roll Operator, you will work on a variety of press brakes loading and unloading parts and basic inspection to ensure quality of parts. Will not be responsible for machine setup or teardown. Will have the opportunity to acquire the skills necessary to advance to Brake/Roll Operator #2 classification.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of press brakes loading and unloading parts.
- Basic inspection to ensure quality of parts.
- Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality and safety.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of operating Press Brake experience.
- Must be able to setup and operate automatic back gauges and forming rolls with minimal training.
- Physical ability to do work requiring frequent standing, bending, twisting, turning, and lifting up to 30lbs.
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints and perform first-piece inspections.
- Foll all safety rules regarding machine operation and proper machine guarding.
