Job Description
This position requires expertise in ServiceNow, senior-level business analysis skills, and a working knowledge of ITIL. The Business Analyst must be adaptable and capable of shifting between projects as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain business and functional requirement documents to support implementation efforts.
- Design and refine workflow processes to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Work with development, QA, and project management teams to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure project objectives are met.
- Assist with testing and validation of system updates to meet business needs.
- Ensure maintenance items are completed on time and project deliverables align with expectations.
- Sprint tracking every 2-3 weeks to monitor project progress.
- Regular updates on key project deliverables and resource contributions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for business analysis and project management.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to evaluate and document business needs effectively.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks: Understanding of IT service management best practices.
- Collaborative mindset: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Compliance requirements: Must pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting, and obtain CJIS certification.
