Job Description
Join our team as a Business Analyst! In this role, you'll focus on assessing business processes, pinpointing opportunities for improvement, and suggesting solutions to boost efficiency and productivity. You'll collaborate closely with IT and other departments to help implement these changes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business and functional requirement documents to support various implementation projects.
- Design and update business workflow processes to align with all relevant business operations.
- Assist the project team (DEV/QA/PM) with business analysis tasks, including requirements, reviewing documents, creating work items, conducting user acceptance testing, and other business-related activities as assigned.
- Ensure full support for enhancements and HCUS project deliverables, meeting 100% of scheduled milestones and deliverables.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related.
- Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with project management principles
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify discrepancies and gaps in processes or data.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to approach business challenges with creative and practical solutions.
