Job Description
This role provides functional support for the 9.2 PeopleSoft HCM/Financials platform, including requirements gathering, application configuration, end-user support, and testing for system enhancements. The position also leverages functional expertise to drive improvements and optimizations for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems.
Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and analyze PeopleSoft deliverables.
- Create functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on development and testing.
- Advise on PeopleSoft HR/Payroll/Commitment Accounting functionality and integration with FSCM.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business needs and quality standards.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare documentation.
- Troubleshoot functional system issues and provide resolution options.
- Work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years if experience using PeopleSoft v9.1 or above or similar ERP, with HCM functional knowledge.
- Experience with HR, TL, Payroll, Commitment Accounting, and Position Management/Budgeting.
- Ability to write functional specifications and collaborate effectively with business and development teams.
- End-to-end understanding of Time & Labor, Payroll processes, and post-payroll processing.
- Blend of functional and technical knowledge to analyze process flows, records, and data retrieval.
- Experience supporting production business processes, including troubleshooting TL rules, TimeAdmin, and exceptions.

The Pay Rate range for this position is $35 – $40 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
