- Direct Hire position
- HYBRID work schedule in Omaha, NE – Initially, 4-5 days per week onsite, then 50% of the time in the office once job initiation is complete
- SALARY: $140000 – $145000 per year with some flexibility based on skills and experience

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or mathematics
- Azure certification (Microsoft Azure Data Engineering Associate (DP-203) Professional Certificate)
- 5+ years of experience in processing modeling, data architecture, data warehousing
- Experience with technologies such as Power Designer, SSIS, Azure, AWS
- Process engineering and reengineering experience such as a Lean Sign Sigma background
- Cloud data architecture experience
- Heavy SQL experience
- -Azure certifications (Microsoft Azure Data Engineering Associate (DP-203) Professional Certificate)
- Migration experience preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
WHAT WILL SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
In this Business Process Data Architect role, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with different teams to deliver master data management, governance, and analytics solutions that align with the client’s strategic initiatives.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Review processes, design solutions and implement the results
- Manage and execute process improvement projects that achieve significant cost reductions, enhanced quality, and greater efficiency
- Act as a technical authority in implementing process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and basic problem-solving
- Lead teams, contribute to, and provide recommendations for optimizing efficiencies across all data management and mainframe system areas
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of data architecture solutions with current systems and infrastructure
