Job Description
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our well-respected client headquartered in Grand Island, Nebraska. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in analyzing business functions and designing information processing systems. You will work closely with ERP developers and IT personnel to create and maintain functional specifications, ensuring efficient and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business functions to design and modify information processing systems
- Collaborate with business unit management to document business needs and requirements
- Work with ERP developers to design and develop automated business systems
- Develop and implement testing plans for business and functional processes
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4-10 years of related experience/training
- Expertise in areas such as accounting, production, inventory control, distribution, cost analysis, finance, marketing, and human resources
- Ability to apply technical and functional knowledge to develop systems and procedures
- Experience in creating and maintaining functional specifications and documentation

The base salary range for this position is $70,000–$100,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
