WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
- 6-month CONTRACT TO HIRE role with the opportunity to extend or hire on
- 100% Remote (must work CST) or flexible Onsite if local to Lincoln, Nebraska
- $60/hr. – $65/hr. with some flexibility based on skills and experience

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Financials technical support, and configuration, including proficiency in modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud technologies, with experience in designing and implementing custom reports, integrations, and data migration strategies.
- Proven experience with SQL, and/or Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, as well as Excel for financial data analysis and reporting.
- MUST-HAVE: Previous insurance industry experience (with reinsurance & associated regulatory requirements
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Lead system configuration and customization efforts to ensure Oracle Cloud Financials is aligned with evolving business needs, facilitating workshops and discussions to gather requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance and accounting departments, to troubleshoot system issues, provide ongoing support, and ensure optimal performance of Oracle Financial modules.
- Conduct regular audits of financial system workflows and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency within the insurance technology landscape.
