Job Description
As a Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, you will play a key role in configuring and customizing financial systems to meet business needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and support the implementation of financial reporting best practices within the insurance industry. Your contributions will directly impact operational efficiency and financial compliance.

Responsibilities
- Lead system configuration and customization of Oracle Cloud Financials, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Conduct workshops and gather requirements to design effective solutions.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support.
- Audit financial workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement custom reports, integrations, and data migration strategies using Oracle ERP Cloud tools.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials, including modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Expertise with Oracle ERP Cloud technologies and reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Strong SQL and Excel skills for financial data analysis.
- MUST-HAVE: Previous insurance industry experience, including reinsurance and regulatory requirements.

The Pay Rate range for this position is $60.00 – $70.00 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
