Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Answer High volume inbound phone calls regarding coverage/eligibility
- Conduct 40-60 minute phone interviews for life insurance applicants to determine eligibility
- Document calls and record information in the database

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Pay starting at up to $18 / hour depending on shift
- Temp-to-hire opportunity with benefit access including medical plans, dental, and vision
- On-site position for a collaborative and supportive environment
- Monday – Friday daytime or evening schedule
- High School or GED required
- 1 year of customer service experience in an office environment

The base salary range for this position is $18.00/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
